Buckwheat

Buckwheat is a gluten-free seed with a mild, nutty flavour and a light crunch. It provides fibre, plant-based protein, and magnesium. A hearty, grain-free alternative.

Honey

Pure honey with nothing added — no sugar, no syrups. It brings a natural sweetness and a smooth, golden texture, plus trace amounts of antioxidants and enzymes.

Almonds

Crunchy and mild with a clean, nutty flavor. Almonds provide vitamin E and plant protein to help keep you satisfied. A dependable base for any granola blend.

Cashews

Cashews are soft, buttery, and naturally sweet. They provide copper for immune function and magnesium for bone health and steady energy.

Hazelnuts
